UMSurabaya officially cooperates with Ibadat International University Islamabad to Improve Academic Collaboration.

In an effort to strengthen academic cooperation and promote knowledge exchange between universities, UMSurabaya and Ibadat International University Islamabad signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) which marked an important step in their collaboration. The MoU was signed in an event entitled Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) Signing between Ibadat International University Islamabad and 24 Muhammadiyah and Aisyiyah Higher Educations and Hybrid Visiting Professor. This event was held on Wednesday (7/6) in Auditorium A.R. Fachruddin second floor, Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) Building, Uhamka.
This event was also attended by Prof. Syed Amir Gilani as Rector of Ibadat International University Pakistan, Haider Ajaib as Advisor Chairman (BOG) of Ibadat International University Islamabad Pakistan, Uhamka leaders, and 24 Muhammadiyah and Aisyiyah Higher Educations. Furthermore, there was also a guest lecture held with the theme "International Collaboration in Research and Education Between Indonesia and Pakistan" moderated by Pramudana Ihsan, Head of International Office UMSurabaya.
One of the main points of the MoU is the establishment of a student exchange program which will provide opportunities for students from both sides to study at one of the partner universities. This program is expected to broaden students' horizons, improve the quality of education, and help prepare them for global challenges in the future.
In addition, the MoU also includes several collaborations such as in the field of research,lecturers exchange , Exchange of Academic Information and Publications, Collaboration in the Field of Lectures and Seminars, Other Possible Collaborations.
Head of International Office and Partnership UMSurabaya, Pramudana Ihsan, said, "We are excited about the opportunities offered by this MoU. This collaboration will strengthen our leadership in research and higher education and expand our global connections".
It is hoped that the signing of this MoU will pave the way for further collaboration in the future and enable the creation of a strong network between UMSurabaya and Ibadat International University Islamabad. By strengthening this collaboration, education stakeholders hope to create a significant impact on the international community in increasing knowledge and preparing future generations to face complex global challenges.
