A. Head of International Office and Partnership
1. Planning and coordinating with all faculties & bureaus related to all national & international cooperation activities, services for guests and international students for both routine and incidental activities at UMSurabaya.
2. Improving national & international partnerships, increasing admissions and international student services through work synchronization and breakthroughs in various activities for the internationalization of UMSurabaya.
3. Building and strengthening the network so that UMSurabaya Lecturers and Education Personnel can study and become experts abroad.
4. Coordinating all the tasks of the coordinators under him so that they can run effectively and functionally to support the work program of UMSurabaya.
5. Becoming a spokesperson for universities in the international world.
B. Secretary
1. Coordinating the secretariat of International Office and Partnership to support the duties of the KUIK head in implementing the UMSurabaya International Office and Partnership program.
2. Organizing, preparing, and providing all International Office and Partnership 's official needs.
3. Regulating the International Office and Partnership work system so that it can run effectively and functionally by involving other related divisions.
4. Managing the accountability of International Office and Partnership’s finance.
5. Representing the Head of International Office and Partnership in various activities or meetings in case He is unable.
C. Executive Secretary:
1. Carrying out administrative functions and correspondence in an orderly manner.
2. Organizing, preparing, and providing all the necessary office administrative activities needed to support the work of International Office and Partnership UMSurabaya.
3. Carrying out all routine and incidental office activities and distribute all existing tasks to related parties.
D. Coordinator of Partnership Division:
1. Carrying out further coordination with the Head of Bureau/UPT/Institution and Faculty Leaders in order to actively enhance cooperation with various parties at home and abroad.
2. Carrying out the activity plan in accordance with the Operational and Strategic Planning which have been determined related to the Partnership Division both domestically and internationally.
3. Assisting the Head of International Office and Partnership in monitoring the implementation of all MoUs with several national & international agencies.
4. Assisting the Head of International Office and Partnership in monitoring the validity period of the MoU along with secretary.
5. Assisting the Head of KUIK in monitoring sustainability and success in building cooperation with domestic & foreign parties.
6. Coordinating all databases of foreign cooperation to support the smooth work and decision-making process of university leaders.
7. Coordinating with the secretary in making a performance evaluation report that has been carried out.
E. Coordinator of Partnership Legal Division:
1. Handling legal issues related to Immigration, Embassies, Ministry of National Education or other institutions;
2. Supervising and preventing of MoU documents from potential conflicts and legal disputes that arise;
3. Checking the format and structure of MoUs both nationally and internationally between UMSurabaya and partners;
4. Ensuring the flow of the MoU preparation is in line with the flow and SOPs that have been set;
5. Making a report on the evaluation of the functional work that has been carried out.
